Coconut Pellet
The fungus Trichoderma multiplies in coir, inhibiting the development of pathogenic fungi. Coir is clean, rich in minerals, and pathogen-free. Clean and easy to use. Just add water, and the growing medium is ready. Ideal for seeds or cuttings. Planting with the whole pellet does not disturb delicate root systems. Transplant directly into the garden or a container.
- Place the pellets on a waterproof tray and add warm water. Drain excess water once the pellets have expanded to 2.5–3.8 cm in height.
- Water when the pellets turn light brown.
- To harden off plants, place them outdoors in a shaded area for several days (bring plants indoors overnight). Gradually acclimate plants to full sun.
- For transplanting, use biodegradable pots or dig holes deep enough to cover the top of the pellet. Gently firm the soil around the pellet. Water thoroughly.
