Placing an order
To order goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart.
To place an order, fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of delivery.
(The delivery method is indicated after entering the zip code (zip code))
Parcel machine (Omniva, DPD or Itella SmartPost) – The site automatically calculates which can fit in the parcel machine.
The website itself monitors the quantity of products in the shopping cart and calculates the size of the parcel that fits in the parcel machine.
If you wish, you can place several separate orders, each of which will be sent as a separate parcel to the parcel machine.

If the product(s) does not fit in the automaton, this option will automatically disappear from the site. If you want a parcel of 2.3 and more, you need to make several orders.
Average delivery time 1-5 business days
The amount of the fee will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:
- Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Revolut
- Pay with your credit or debit card through Montonio
- Payment based on invoice
NB! When paying with a bank link, be sure to click on the button “Back to the merchant” on the bank’s page.
Pay by invoice:
You can pay 100% of your order in advance based on the invoice.
Please note, your order will be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 days of the advance payment due date.
You will receive an invoice via email for payment. When making the payment, please include the invoice number in the explanation (Example: “Invoice number: 55555”).
Goods will only be dispatched once the payment has been credited to our account.
Payments are mediated by Montonio Finance OÜ. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Montonio Finance OÜ. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details. The contract enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the bank account of the Online Store.
The owner of the online store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
