1. General provisions and prices

1.1. Validity: The terms of sale apply to the legal relationships arising from the purchase of goods from the online store www.agrozone.ee. 1.2. Prices: All prices in the online store are in euros (€). Prices include taxes as provided by law. 1.3. Additional fees: A delivery fee is added to the price of the products, which depends on the delivery method and location chosen by the buyer. The exact delivery fee will be displayed in your shopping cart before final confirmation of the order. 1.4. Product info: Information about the goods is provided in the online store directly next to each product.

2. Placing an order

Making a purchase is easy and consists of three steps:

  1. Select products: Add the desired products to your shopping cart.
  2. Check the shopping cart: Go to the shopping cart page, review your order, and make sure the quantities are correct.
  3. Place the order: Fill in the required data fields and choose a suitable delivery method (parcel locker or courier). The final amount to be paid will then be displayed to you.

3. Secure payment

We offer a wide range of payment methods so you can pay in the way that is most convenient for you. All payments take place in secure environments.

  • Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Revolut, and N26.
  • Card payments: Visa and MasterCard (debit and credit cards).
  • By invoice: Option to pay by bank transfer based on an issued invoice (well-suited for institutions and companies requiring an e-invoice).

Security: Bank payments are mediated by Montonio Finance OÜ. Payment takes place outside the online store in the secure environment of the respective service provider. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details.

The sales agreement is considered concluded and the order will be processed as soon as the amount due has been received in the online store’s bank account.

In the event that it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods (e.g., the item is out of stock), we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the money paid (including shipping costs) without delay, but no later than within 14 days.

4. Delivery

We ship goods to the following countries: Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania.

Delivery methods and collection:

  • Parcel lockers: Omniva, SmartPost, and DPD parcel lockers.
  • Courier: A SmartPost courier will bring the goods conveniently to your desired address.

Delivery times:

  • Standard delivery: Generally, shipments within Estonia arrive within 1–7 business days from the entry into force of the sales agreement.
  • Special products and pre-orders: For certain products that require special care or are linked to the rhythms of nature (e.g., seed potatoes, specific seasonal goods), the delivery time may be longer. In such cases, we have the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days. This ensures that goods related to living nature reach you in the best possible condition.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

A consumer buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days of receiving the order.

Conditions for the right of withdrawal:

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
  • The returned product must be complete and undamaged. The goods may only be tried out in a way that is necessary to verify their nature and functioning (similar to testing in a physical store). If the goods have been used more than necessary or show signs of wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
  • The right of withdrawal does not extend to certain products (e.g., perishable goods or products with opened packaging that are not suitable for return due to health protection) according to § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act.

How to return goods?

  1. Fill out the withdrawal form (you can find the form [here]) or send a free-form application to the email address info@agrozone.ee.
  2. Send the application no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
  3. Return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof of handing the goods over to the carrier.

The costs associated with the return are borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is a defective or incorrect product. The online store will refund all fees received from the buyer (including delivery costs to a standard extent) within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal application (provided that the goods have been returned).

6. Filing complaints (Warranty)

The online store is responsible for any non-compliance of the products with the terms of the contract that appears within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer.

  • In the case of a defect appearing during the first 1 year, it is presumed that it already existed at the time of delivery. Rebutting this presumption is the responsibility of the Online Store.
  • If a defect appears, please contact us no later than within 2 months by sending an email to info@agrozone.ee or by calling +372 5650 4141.
  • In the case of defective goods, the buyer has the right to demand repair or replacement of the item. If this is not possible, we will refund the purchase amount.

NB! The online store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the delivery of the goods to the buyer (e.g., due to incorrect use or natural wear and tear).

We value your privacy. The owner of the online store is the controller of personal data.

  • Use of data: We use the entered personal data (name, phone, address, email) only for processing the order and shipping the goods.
