• Surface: Place the fire pit on a stable, non-combustible, and heat-resistant surface (e.g., concrete, stone, ceramic tiles).

• Fire safety: Always keep a working fire extinguisher, sand bucket, or other approved fire extinguishing equipment nearby. Use protective gloves and suitable tools (poker, wood tongs) when adding wood and adjusting the fire.
