Sow from late spring to autumn with an interval of 3 weeks to constantly get fresh young leaves. Grows well in a sunny place of growth, humus-rich moist on weakly acidic (pH 5.8-6.5) soils. Young plants tolerate night frosts well down to -5 degrees.
