Pelargoniums, petunias, and surfinias are among the most beautiful, yet also the most demanding, summer flowers, requiring continuous and robust nourishment to maintain their lush blooms. This specially formulated liquid fertilizer provides plants with immediately available energy, ensuring your balcony boxes and hanging baskets remain presentable from early spring to late autumn.
The fertilizer’s balanced complex of macro- and micronutrients (including essential trace elements for vibrant flower color and dark green leaves) ensures that plants do not become exhausted mid-summer. Unlike powders, the liquid concentrate instantly mixes with irrigation water and promptly reaches the root system. It is an ideal source of vitality for the entire summer flower family – in addition to pelargoniums and petunias, it is also perfectly suited for revitalizing lobelias, fuchsias, calibrachoas, verbenas, and snapdragons.
Application and Cultivation Guide: This liquid fertilizer is a strong concentrate that must be diluted before use. Utilize the bottle cap as a convenient measuring device.
-
Dosage: Dilute 15 ml (approximately half a capful) of fertilizer per 2–3 liters of irrigation water.
-
Frequency of Use: During periods of intensive growth and flowering (summer months), water plants with the fertilizer solution once a week.
-
Safety: Use only when necessary and do not exceed the recommended application rate. Keep out of reach of children.
Tips and recommendations:
-
Always water plants with the fertilizer solution on previously moistened soil – if the soil in the balcony box is completely dry, first provide a small amount of plain water to prevent damage to delicate roots.
-
Continuously remove withered flowers from summer plants. This directs the rich energy obtained from the fertilizer towards the creation of new flower buds, rather than seed development.
-
Store the fertilizer bottle in a cool place, protected from direct sunlight, to prevent product degradation.
