Arugula

Fresh and vibrant greenery does not have to be a privilege of the short summer alone! Increasingly popular sustainable urban and container gardening gives every food lover the opportunity to bring vitamin-packed nature directly into their kitchen. Arugula, also known as rocket, is precisely that vigorous annual plant with character that transforms even the simplest meal into a true gourmet experience. Its delicate, slightly nutty, and piquant flavor perfectly complements light spring salads, serves as an excellent garnish for steamed dishes, and proudly crowns rich meat roasts.

Pure and home-grown food is the foundation of strong health. By establishing your personal piquant herb garden, you directly support an organic and eco-friendly lifestyle – you can completely avoid pesticides while also reducing the plastic pollution associated with store-bought boxed salads. Home-grown arugula leaves are genuine storehouses of health, concealing a wealth of minerals and vital micronutrients.

Why should this particular plant be the star of your green corner?

• Incredible growth rate: Forget long and exhausting months of waiting! You can pinch the first succulent leaves for your morning sandwich just 3–4 weeks after sowing the seeds.

• Maximum flexibility: Arugula is pleasantly undemanding regarding growing conditions. It thrives on a warm windowsill, in an early spring greenhouse, or in the open ground – whether the location is a sunny garden bed or even a semi-shaded garden corner.

• Continuous and uninterrupted harvest: A clever gardener sows in several stages (for example, at 2–3 week intervals). Such a rhythm guarantees that young, soft, and crunchy leaves are constantly available from spring to autumn.

Invigorate your body and senses with a pure, natural taste experience. Sow health directly into the soil and enjoy the charms of a home-grown harvest!
