Shading and windbreak fabrics are used to protect evergreen plants (such as bushwoods, cypresses, trees of life, rhododendrons, Canadian spruce ‘Conica’, evergreen plants of rock gardens, etc.) from early spring sunburn and for post-planting shading of conifers.

 

Manual

Shading helps to reduce the evaporation of water from evergreen leaves and thorns, it protects plants from the bright sun of early spring, and more delicate plants from strong icy winds. When shading after planting, the plant takes root better, and the risk of drying out the needles is less. The shading fabric is ultraviolet resistant and has 60% shading ability. Period of use 8-10 years. Strong woven material also suffers from stronger storm winds.
