- Holes made in a layer of mulch sown in autumn and decomposed by spring can be used to sow seeds (e.g. peas) or plant pre-grown plants (e.g. zucchini or cucumber).
- Potatoes can be easily laid in a layer of mulch with the help of a shovel.
- Also suitable for sowing in a greenhouse.
- It can be sown until the beginning of October with a seeding rate (400-500 g/m2).
- Sowing make on moist soil and rake the seeds with a rake into the soil or cover with a layer of soil.
- In the spring, oat mulch should be dug into the soil at least two weeks before planting tomato seedlings in the greenhouse, so the yield will also be better.
