Description

• Buckwheat husks are used in gardening for fertilizer, mulch and soil improvement.

Manual

• Can be used before tillage and during the off-season.
• The shells are mixed into the soil and watered during loosening or used as an ingredient in the planting mixture when transplanting indoor plants.
• To facilitate the sowing of vegetable seeds, finer vegetable seeds (e.g. carrots and others) can be sown together with buckwheat husks.
• The shells are also well suited for mulching around roses and in pots for outdoor plants.
• To do this, cover the soil surface with a layer of buckwheat husks 3-4 cm thick.
• So that the shells do not fly away with the first wind, regularly sprinkle water.
• In addition, organic buckwheat shells are suitable for filling pillows, heating bags, mattresses, etc.
