Instructions for use and gardener’s checklist

The fertilizer is in powder form and dissolves quickly in water. A measuring spoon is included in the package (1 heaped spoon = 2 g).

When to start? Begin fertilizing 14 days after transplanting. This gives the roots time to adapt.

Watering (Root fertilization): Choose a rhythm that suits you:

1. Twice a week: Dissolve 1 heaped measuring spoon in 5 liters of water.

2. Once a week: Dissolve 2 heaped measuring spoons in 5 liters of water.

Spraying (Foliar fertilization): If plants need a quick boost, you may spray them with a weaker solution.

• Solution: 1 heaped measuring spoon per 1 liter of water (0.5% solution).

• Note: Spray only in cloudy weather or in the evening to avoid sunburn on the leaves.

Pro tip: Avoid blossom end rot!

To grow large fruits, tomatoes require calcium in addition to fertilizer. To prevent blossom end rot (black spots on the bottom of the tomato):

• Every third watering, we recommend using a calcium nitrate solution (0.1%) instead of this fertilizer. This ensures a flawless and marketable harvest.
