Sow directly to the place of growth, either in early spring or autumn, if you want to get an overwinter harvest. Sow seeds to a depth of 6 mm with row spacing of 45 cm. Young leaves are harvested from the outer leaf circle. Under the action of low temperatures, the leaves become sweeter and curl up more. Withstands up to -15°C, can be picked up from under the snow.
