Do you wish to ensure the best possible start for your seeds? Vermiculite 2L is a specially selected volume for the amateur gardener engaged in sowing valuable seeds or rooting cuttings. Unlike ordinary soil, vermiculite is sterile and retains moisture uniformly, while preventing dangerous “damping-off.”

This 2-liter package is convenient to store and provides a sufficient quantity to cover multiple seed trays. Vermiculite reflects light back to the plants and maintains the stable temperature required for germination. Mix it with potting soil or use it purely – your plants will thank you with a stronger root system.

Instructions for Use

  • Vermiculite should be mixed with soil in a 1:1 ratio.
  • This improves the structure of the growing substrate and increases water retention capacity.

Which to choose: Perlite or Vermiculite?

  • Perlite: Choose if you require more aeration and rapid drainage (e.g., cacti).

  • Vermiculite: Choose if you require more moisture and nutrient retention (e.g., seedlings and tropical plants).
