Establishment and Maintenance: Choose early spring, late summer, or early autumn for sowing. Prepare the soil by raking, divide the seeds (1 kg = 50 m²) into two equal parts, and sow in a crosswise pattern to achieve the most uniform result. Lightly compact the soil surface and water regularly for the first 3 weeks to prevent drying during the germination phase. When the lawn reaches a height of 8-10 cm, it is time for the first mowing. Subsequent weekly maintenance mowing should be performed at a height of 3.5 cm. In late summer (August–September), invigorate the lawn with autumn fertilizer (application rate 4 kg / 100 m²) to prepare it for the harsh winter.
