Living mycelium for decomposing tree trunks and composting, contains a living organism that naturally breaks down dead wood tissue. It does not pose a threat to living plants and is safe for the environment. Using the preparation is an excellent and ecological way to get rid of stump from a cut tree. Mycelium can also be used to decompose and compost any organic waste.
The preparation has been successfully used by foresters for years to remove tree stumps and decompose roots. Mycelium is perfect wherever it is not possible to mechanically remove the stump from a cut tree. The decomposition time of trunks and branches ranges from half a year to even three years and depends on weather conditions, trunk humidity, wood hardness, trunk diameter and appropriate application of the preparation.
Preparation of the working fluid: Crumble the preparation package in 5 liters of clean water and mix thoroughly. Spread the obtained working liquid on the surface of the trunk. Protect the trunk against loss of moisture by applying a 5 cm layer of soil or sawdust. Use mycelium from April to October.
