Measure the pot’s diameter.
Based on the pot’s diameter (see table), take the required number of sticks from the package and break them into several pieces if necessary.
Press the sticks into the soil between the plant and the edge of the pot.
Water sparingly.
Replace the sticks after three months as needed.
For particularly salt-sensitive orchid species (e.g., Miltonia, Paphiopedilum), reduce the number of sticks by half.
Fertilize orchids during active growth (flowering or when new shoots, leaves, and roots are growing).
