Granulated garden and lawn lime is a fast-acting, highly active granulated chalk powder used to reduce soil acidity in mineral soils and lawns and to eliminate calcium deficiency in plants. As a result of liming, the soil pH increases, nutrient solubility improves, and the activity of soil microorganisms is stimulated. Liming inhibits the growth of moss in the lawn.
Instructions for use
Use year-round. Lime can be spread on the soil (or lawn) surface or mixed into the soil. Suitable pH levels for crops: pH 6–7: outdoor cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, peas, cabbage, rutabaga, beans, carrots, beets, leeks, rhubarb, tulip bulbs; pH 6–6.6: strawberries, berries, fruit trees, ornamental plants, potatoes; pH 5.5–6.5: lawns. Application rate: When establishing a garden or planting, mix 25 kg/250 m² into the soil. Apply 25 kg/500 m² to the soil surface annually.
