Maret is a mid-season Estonian variety valued for its firm structure. It is an ideal salad potato because it does not boil over and the cubes remain intact in salads.
The flesh and skin are yellow, and the flavor is excellent. Like other modern Estonian varieties, Maret does not tend to darken. A reliable choice for the home kitchen!
