Sainfoin 100g

Create a buzzing oasis of biodiversity in your home garden

Do you dream of a garden full of life, beauty, and health, yet requiring minimal maintenance? Sainfoin (Onobrychis viciifolia) is a true gift from nature for the smart gardener. This perennial plant with beautiful pink blossoms is not merely a striking beauty in your flowerbed – it is a living ecosystem supporter. The 100-gram package is an ideal quantity to establish a small yet powerful eco-flower meadow (up to 100 m² in mixed sowing) in your yard, attracting beneficial pollinators and truly bringing your garden to life.

Why is Sainfoin your garden’s best friend?

• Natural Soil Healer: Forget chemical fertilizers! Sainfoin is a potent legume whose root nodules bind atmospheric nitrogen, effectively improving soil fertility in a completely natural way. Your garden soil will become looser, more aerated, and richer in nutrients.

• Irresistible Honey Plant for the Home Garden: The July blooming period brings a wonderful sea of pink to the garden, which is absolutely alluring to bees and butterflies. Environmentally friendly biodiversity preservation begins with such choices!

• Resilient and Low-Maintenance: Dry summers accompanying climate change do not harm this plant. Sainfoin is extremely drought-resistant and disease-resistant, growing vigorously up to 120 cm tall.

How to Sow? Sow Sainfoin seeds from May onwards at a depth of approximately 1–1.5 cm. For pure sowing, allow 6–8 g per square meter; when mixed with other plants, 1–2 grams will suffice. Please note: this natural beauty thrives in neutral to slightly alkaline soil and is not suitable for acidic peat soil.

Give your garden a chance to shine and order Sainfoin – an investment in beauty that lasts for years!
