The Kaminer garden grill on wheels is a durable and versatile solution for enthusiasts of classic charcoal grilling. The grill body and lid are made of 1 mm thick steel sheet, which is less susceptible to deformation and maintains heat stably. The heart of the cooking area is an enameled three-part cast iron grate (Cast Iron SafeGrate 3C), which perfectly stores heat and gives meat its characteristic strong grill marks. Additionally, the unit features a chrome-plated warming rack, where cooked food can be kept warm before serving or vegetables can be gently roasted.
For precise temperature control, the grill features a stainless steel thermometer integrated into the lid, an adjustable ventilation opening on the chimney, and a charcoal pan with three adjustable height levels. This mechanism allows you to control the heat without having to move food on the grate or constantly open the lid. The stainless steel charcoal drawer and easily removable ash pan make daily maintenance of the unit significantly simpler.
Convenience is enhanced by two side shelves and one bottom shelf for storing accessories, as well as an integrated bottle opener on the frame. The set includes everything you need to get started immediately: a weather-resistant protective cover, a three-piece grill accessory set, a hand blower for accelerating ignition, and a brush for cleaning the grate. The unit has an LFGB food safety certificate.
Usage and Safety Instructions:
-
Place the grill on a stable, non-combustible surface, at a safe distance from buildings, trees, and flammable materials. Due to the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning, use the product only outdoors.
-
For ignition, use special solid or gel firelighters (according to standard PN-EN 1860-3). Avoid using lighter fluid, gasoline, or spirits.
-
Begin cooking food only when there are no longer flames and the coals are covered with a light gray layer of ash.
-
During operation, the body and parts become very hot – always use thick, heat-resistant gloves when opening the lid and lifting grates.
-
Empty the ash pan and clean the grill of grease residues only after the charcoal and ash have completely cooled.
Tips and recommendations:
-
For precise heat regulation, cleverly use the charcoal pan height adjustment mechanism – raise the glowing coals closer to the meat for initial quick searing and lower them for longer internal cooking.
-
After grilling is complete and the unit has fully cooled, always place the included protective cover over the grill. This protects metal parts from rainwater and moisture and prevents premature rust formation.
-
Clean the cast iron grate with the included wire brushes when the grate is still slightly warm, but no longer burning hot – this is the easiest way to remove stuck-on food residues.
